When my boss asked me if I would like to do the WMF program I jumped at the opportunity. I had heard from a past participant that the course was great for goal setting. In my opinion the course is so much more than this. It provided me with;

• - A network of people in a similar situation to myself and the opportunity to share stories with them.
• - Access to highly successful women who are an inspiration to me in many aspects of my life
• - Access to a well designed program which helped me to take a close look at both my personal life and at my career. It also helped me lay out plans fro the next stage of my career.
• - I found the weekly speakers to be highly informative and very entertaining. I have taken on board many of the things that we discussed in our weekly phone conferences.
